About the writer
Will is a senior majoring in journalism and history at the UW. He has written for his hometown newspaper (Snoqualmie Valley Record), The Seattle Times (as a blogger in the 2004 elections) and Seattle Metropolitan magazine, where he interned in the summer of 2007. He currently works for The Daily as a copy editor, columnist and reporter, and gets to write every now and then for the UW’s staff and faculty newspaper, University Week. His areas of academic interest include media history, modern American history and science writing.
